- Items are normally hired on a rental period from 1 – 3 days (we can try and make special arrangements if you need to).
- We offer delivery and collection services for all rentals – prices vary depending on location (travel charges apply). If you’d like to collect the items yourself, this can be done up to a week in advance (subject to availability) and should be returned no later than 3 days after your event.
- Failure to return props on agreed date will incur a late charge fee.
- A 50% deposit is required to reserve any of the items and the outstanding balance will be due 14 days prior to your event.
- Payment can be made via BACS transfer or cheque.
- Our items are delivered as advertised & should be returned in the same condition
- If any of our items are damaged during the rental period, you will be charged the replacement / repair cost for each item.
- If a booking is cancelled 28 days prior to event a full refund will be given.
- If a booking is cancelled 27 days or less prior to event you will forfeit your 50% deposit.
- Bookings cancelled 14 days or less prior to event will forfeit the full balance.
- Once props have been delivered or collected from owner (us) all responsibilities & liabilities are with the hirer (you).
- Once props are located at event venue insurance is not covered by owner.
- Hirer to make sure all appropriate assurances are taken to cover liability.
- Hirer is responsible for any injury that may occur to persons over hire period.
- Upon receipt of 50% deposit, you agree to all terms and conditions stated above.
